Caitlin (Trentham) Srinivasan joined Lead Advisor, LLC at the start of 2023 bringing a decade of talent acquisition experience. In addition to identifying talent and helping candidates understand their career options, Cate will help lead the charge for our STREAM platform and assist with growing our “outside industry” channels.
Cate is very familiar with the wealth management space as her father has been an advisor for 20+ years and she has much of her career attracting talent for financial planning firms. She has also spent time helping to grow investment banks and other financial institutions with their human capital needs. Prior to Lead Advisor, LLC, Cate was a senior recruiter for Door Dash.
Cate is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts and volunteers to help underprivileged students build resumes and networking skills. She enjoys working out, going to concerts, podcasts, Long Beach Island and Giants football. She is married and lives in Hoboken, NJ.
